You can still get multiple coops in your gift box, but as soon as you try to place the second one on your farm, you will get a game out of sync error, and lose the second coop. Sorry to have to be the bearer of bad news.

Zynga fixed the glitch that allowed you to have 2 or more chicken coops, on Thursday December 10th. If you currently have more than one chicken coop, you are lucky since farmville currently allows you to keep them. If you dont have more than one chicken coop on your farm, then you already missed the opportunity and you can no longer receive one.
