    half tin milkmaid
    1 cup maida
    1 cup coke or thumps or pepsi
    half butter
    1tea spoon chocolate powder
    half teaspoon coco powder
    half teaspoon baking powder
    3/4 teaspoon meetha soda
    1teaspoon vanilla esence

    procedure

    take a news paper spread it .
    now take a sieve (Chhalani) put maida coco powder, chocolate powder, meetha soda, baking powder
    now sieve them (Chhaan lo) take a big bowl put the (chaana hua ) seived) ingredeint and pepsi/coke/thumps up
    togeather now mix them till 5 min then put it in the baking tin

    if u have a gas tandoor then put it for 45 min at slow heat /at sim

    if u have a microwave oven then put it for 25 min at 180 degree celcius

    1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    5 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 cup cold water

    In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Make three wells in the flour mixture. In one put vanilla; in another the vinegar, and in the third the oil. Pour the cold water over the mixture and stir until moistened. Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350°F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it springs back when touched lightly.

    If you are using a microwave oven, place all into a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 8 minutes. Please note that times vary depending on microwave and altitude.
